Dr. Iwalani Crush, pelvic floor physical therapist

Physical therapy is deeply personal, and every patient’s story is different. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. Together, we’ll look beyond your symptoms to understand how your body moves and create a treatment plan that fits your goals and your life.

Why I Do This Work

For more than 15 years, Dr. Iwalani Crush has helped people reconnect with their bodies and regain comfort, confidence, and quality of life. Her approach combines advanced pelvic health expertise with orthopedic and cancer-related rehabilitation, sexual wellness, and compassionate whole-person care.

In physical therapy, that expertise informs skilled hands-on treatment, guided movement, and education tailored to what your evaluation reveals. Dr. Crush explains what she is finding, explores how different parts of your body may be connected, and develops an individualized plan for what to practice and pay attention to between visits.

As a cancer survivor, Dr. Crush brings lived experience alongside clinical education. Her biopsychosocial, trauma-informed approach considers your physical symptoms, lived experiences, and the context of your daily life. Care welcomes people of all genders and identities, respects bodily autonomy, and treats consent as an ongoing conversation. Your goals, comfort, and decisions help shape the course of care.
