Hands-On Physical Therapy
Whole-Person Care
Treatment Built Around You
Expert physical therapy for pelvic health, sexual wellness, and whole-body recovery.
If you have been passed between providers, told to relax, or handed a prescription and sent home, you are the person this practice was built for.
You may not have a diagnosis
But you probably have a sentence you use to describe what you're feeling.
The words people use often point toward a body region, system, life stage or recurring pattern that deserves a closer look. Find the category below that sounds most like your experience.
Hip, SI Joint & Back Pain
“My hip or SI joint keeps flaring up, no matter what I do.”
“I've had sciatica forever, but nobody has really explained why it keeps coming back.”
“My hip hasn't felt right since my labral tear—or even after treatment.”
Often: persistent hip or SI joint pain, sciatica-like symptoms, labral injury recovery, spine and pelvic contributions, and overlapping nerve patterns.
Jaw, Neck, Ribs & Breathing
“My jaw, neck and shoulders are always tight.”
“I feel like my ribs flare out and I can't get a full, comfortable breath.”
“My body feels tense all the time and I don't know how to let it relax.”
Often: TMJ and jaw tension, neck and shoulder symptoms, rib-cage position, diaphragm coordination, breathing mechanics, postural strain, and nervous-system tension.
Core, Abdomen & Pelvic Pressure
“My core never feels connected or stable.”
“I feel pressure, pulling or weakness through my abdomen or pelvis.”
“Something feels off through my middle, but I can't explain exactly what.”
Often: abdominal wall dysfunction, diastasis recti, pressure-management challenges, pelvic organ support symptoms, scar restriction, and difficulty coordinating the core with movement and breathing.
Pelvic Floor, Bladder & Bowel
“My pelvic floor feels tight, but I've been told I need to strengthen it.”
“I leak when I run, jump, laugh or sneeze.”
“I have bladder or bowel symptoms, but nobody has been able to connect the dots.”
Often: pelvic floor overactivity or weakness, stress or urge incontinence, bladder urgency, incomplete emptying, constipation, bowel dysfunction, and coordination concerns.
Sexual Health & Pelvic Pain
“Sex is painful, uncomfortable or just doesn't feel the way it used to.”
“I cannot tolerate penetration, a tampon or a speculum.”
“There is burning, aching or genital pain that no test has explained.”
Often: painful intercourse, vaginismus, pelvic or genital pain, changes in sexual function, difficulty with penetration, and affirming care before or after gender-affirming procedures.
Recovery, Hormonal & Neurological Change
“Something feels off since pregnancy, surgery, cancer treatment or menopause.”
“I've tried stretching, strengthening, massage or other treatments, but the problem keeps returning.”
“I know stress affects my body—I can actually feel everything tighten up.”
Often: pregnancy and postpartum changes, menopause, cancer-related rehabilitation, surgical recovery, scar restriction, persistent pain, and pelvic symptoms related to neurological conditions such as MS, Guillain-Barré syndrome or spinal cord injury.
How the Pieces Connect
The body doesn't function as a collection of separate parts.
Your pelvic floor works alongside your hips, spine, abdominal wall, diaphragm and breathing system—and is influenced by movement, pressure, pain, stress and the nervous system.
That's why Dr. Crush looks beyond the location of the symptom.
Together, you'll explore how the pieces may be connected and build an individualized plan that can include skilled hands-on treatment, movement, education and strategies to help you better understand your body.
A Different Kind of Physical Therapy
Hands-on treatment, guided movement, and a plan that continues after you leave.
Most of your visit is spent receiving skilled, hands-on treatment tailored to what Dr. Crush finds—not simply working through a list of exercises on your own. She also practices movement with you, explains what she is noticing, and helps you understand how different parts of your body may be connected. You leave with a personalized plan for what to practice at home, what to pay attention to, and how your care will progress.
This is neither exercise-only physical therapy nor passive bodywork. It is individualized clinical care that combines touch, movement, education, and strategy—so the work performed during your visit can create meaningful change outside the treatment room.
